Lease rates vary depending on the equity invested. For Financing amounts up to MVR 3 million: 5% equity: 9.5% p.a. For Financing amounts above MVR 3 million: 20% equity: 10.5% p.a. 35% equity: 10.25% p.a. 50% equity: 10% p.a.
