You can apply for this facility individually or jointly.

Your net monthly income from all sources must be sufficient to cover the repayment amount.

Income must be routed to any bank account for the past 6 months, with the most recent month's income routed to your BML account.

The property offered as security must be worth at least 150% of the financing amount.
